Travelmobs is a proud seller of all major cruise lines. We are also a member of CLIA (Cruise Line International Association). This special designation allows us to search and book ALL major cruise lines so that we can match our clients with the right cruise at the best value. Cruising is unlike any other vacation, and with over 34 million people cruising annually, it’s quickly becoming the most popular way to travel. If a cruise vacation isn’t your “cup of sea”, Travelmobs also partners with tour companies that offer unlimited destination vacation options. We’ve highlighted just a few of our favorite cruise lines and tour companies below. And for our LGBT members, we offer exclusive bonuses for new customers who book their Atlantis Events, RSVP, or Olivia vacation through Travelmobs.

SELLING A TRAVELMOBS VACATION IS EASY AND PROFITABLE
To book your customers on a Travelmobs vacation, call (805) 500-7601. Please have the following information ready before calling: Complete legal name of each client exactly as it appears on the passport. Client’s address (street address, city, state, zip code and country), telephone number, e-mail address and form of payment. Please note that all reservations require a deposit. Travelmobs accepts  Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Please make sure you have the correct billing address, name on the card, expiration date, and security code from your client’s credit card. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars.

At the time of reservation, you will receive a copy of Travelmobs booking form and Terms & Conditions via e-mail. Please have your client sign the form, and then return it on their behalf within 72 hours. There are three ways to return the form to us. You may scan it and send it as an e-mail attachment (the email address is on the form). Please note that we can only receive attachments of up to 2 MB. Or, you may choose to fax it to (805) 500-7601. We prefer that you either e-mail a scanned copy or fax the form, but if you must send it via the mail, please send it to: 2987 Campa Way, Unit H, Simi Valley, CA 93063. Note: We cannot issue travel documents until this form is received. Travel documents will be sent to you approximately four weeks prior to the trip departure date.

Please be sure that your guests are familiar with the Cancellation Policy which varies by cruise and vacation.

AGENCY ELIGIBILITY
Selling Travelmobs vacations is a privilege available to professional travel agents who meet high customer service standards. In order to serve as an authorized agent of Travelmobs’ products, you must have a valid IATA or CLIA identification. Please send a copy of either certificate to agents@travelmobs.com.

COMMISSIONS
While others are lowering or eliminating commissions, Travelmobs is happy to offer qualified travel agents 10% for bookings made on qualifying products (including, but not limited to: NCF’s, taxes and fees, pre-paid gratuities, airfare, travel insurance, shore excursions, and hotel stays, and transfers). Commissions will be paid two to four weeks after the conclusion of the trip. We must have a W-9 form on file to pay you a commission. You may scan it and send it as an e-mail attachment to agents@travelmobs.com.

Please note that Travelmobs does not typically provide airfare options for our guests. When an airfare option is available it is typically a charter flight or special discount offer and, as such, is not eligible for commission.

Travelmobs sometimes offers pre- and post- stays (“vacation stretchers”) and travel insurance; these sales are not commissionable. Some pre- and post- or “host hotels” are booked directly with the hotel; these sales are also not commissionable.

CLIENT PROTECTION
At Travelmobs, we care about your success, and so we adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Clients you booked on a Travelmobs Vacation will continue to remain your clients on all future bookings.
  • Unless we receive notification directly from the client requesting to change agencies, any future reservations booked by that client will be credited to the original booking agent.
  • When we accept “rebooking” reservations during our vacations, the client remains your client. You will receive confirmation from our office regarding all reservations booked by your clients.
  • We support our agent community and will do everything in our power to ensure your continued success.
